Heritage Science Ontology

The Heritage Science Ontology aims to formalize the Heritage Science domain, enabling researchers, conservators, and institutions to share, analyze, and process Heritage data in a structured and interoperable manner. The ontology aims at bridging gaps across diverse areas, such as archaeology, art conservation, epigraphy, and digital documentation.

The Heritage Science Ontology is an output of the H2IOSC project, WP 4, Activity 4.10, CNR-ISPC - Milan branch. The Heritage Science Ontology RoundTable is an interdisciplinary collective dedicated to fostering discussion and collaboration around defining both Heritage and the broader Heritage Science domain.
